ParaMed Proud | ParaMed team members receive Home Care Hero award for providing outstanding care to patients and clients in Ontario

We are excited to announce that 17 team members from ParaMed have been honoured with Home Care Hero awards by Home Care Ontario, alongside 23 other home health care workers in Ontario.

These awards recognize the outstanding commitment and dedication of nurses, personal support workers, therapists, and other home care professionals in providing exceptional care to seniors and patients throughout the province.

“If you or your loved one ever needed home care services, you’ll appreciate the invaluable supports that these heroes give to provide dignity, independence, and wellbeing,” says Katarina Busija, Chief Nursing Executive, ParaMed Home Health Care about the recognition of ParaMed team members.

“I am so very proud of all ParaMed Home Health Care team members who serve our clients and patients, and support families every day in communities, across Canada. A special congratulations to all recipients of this important recognition.”

Each recipient was nominated by individuals who have witnessed their acts of heroism, including patients, family members, colleagues, and employers. We want to express our gratitude to each of you for being heroes in home care!
